The Commons at Seaside are the perfect combination of fun and relaxation. Our vacation homes are located on the beautiful Mill Pond in Seaside, OR. where you can relax and enjoy the tranquility of the morning sunrise over the pond and walk to the hustle and bustle of the Seaside Promenade. Each of the 24 homes in The Commons has two king en-suite bedrooms and is equipped with a full yet compact kitchen. All homes have indoor fireplaces and smart TVs to stream your favorite programs and WiFi. Every guest at The Commons is able to join others in the common area for a pick-up corn hole game.
The maximum occupancy of each unit is 6 people and 1 vehicle. That cannot be exceeded at any time. Visitors and children 4 and up count toward total occupancy.
Smoking is not allowed in the home, boats/tents/rvs are not allowed to park onsite.
