Summary: Great place! Neighborhood is a bit sketchy. For the most part clean, however, there was trash left in a can in the house, a false eyelash stuck to the dining table, and some small bits of trash on the floor in the kitchen.

Summary: This large house is set up wonderfully for large groups. The kitchen has two refrigerators, two stoves/ovens, there's an industrial coffee maker in the dining room and plenty of space for everyone to get around each other. There's 3 full baths on the 2nd floor and one on the third, plus a half bath on the ground floor, so plenty of options for everyone. The bedrooms are all very roomy and comfortable. And there's plenty of common areas for everyone to spread out between the ground floor and 3rd floor. Our only complaints were that the beds are queen size and we'd prefer king size. Also, the neighborhood leaves a bit to be desired, but as this house is a former convent, it's right next to a church and feels safe. As we spent the majority of our time inside, we really enjoyed the stay. Also, David was very responsive and accommodating, so that was also very appreciated!

Summary: We are a three generation family in Cincinnati for a wedding. The neighborhood was average and the house was unassuming from the outside, but once inside, we were immediately attracted the spacious rooms with high ceilings, and the well equipped kitchen and dining rooms. Every adult in the family had designated room/bed and bathroom in the house. The 4 teenagers claimed the top floor with own sitting and eating areas, talking and playing games into the night. The house suited our needs perfectly and we thoroughly enjoyed our short stay.

Summary: We bring a group of 8 men from various places in the US to Cincinnati to play golf once or twice a year. The property is a perfect fit for us. Lots of beds for privacy, lots of baths make getting ready in the evening/morning so easy. We had an issue checking in but worked with the host and it was resolved to our satisfaction. We were so pleased that we're already considering booking for next year!

Summary: We had a family gather ranging from 3 year olds to mid 70s and everyone was well accommodated. The family room was inviting and comforting, the dining room had a Thanksgiving vibe and the kitchen was well organized and equipped with everything that you could need to make a big family dinner. We were also minutes from a Kroger and a Walgreens for any incidentals. Easy acess to I-71 and 75. Short drive to Findlay Market, Xavier and University of Cincinnati.
