This unique cottage is located directly on the beautiful Ocean Springs Harbor. Its large deck is a wonderful place to relax, and observe the sailboats and wildlife. Pelicans, Great Blue Herons, Night Herons , Egrets and Skimmers all frequent the harbor on a regular basis. You can easily walk to the beach or downtown Ocean Springs, which is filled with art galleries, boutiques and over 100 restaurants. Or you might prefer to rent a bicycle or golf cart to cruise around town at a leisurely pace. Both are available near the cottage. The casinos are just 10 minutes across the Biloxi Bay. Charter boats are available for hire in the Ocean Springs Harbor and Biloxi Harbor. Several golf courses are within a short drive, as well as kayak rentals and tennis courts.
The Master bedroom is located upstairs in a loft with a regular staircase (not spiral) with the bathroom downstairs. The large living room has a queen size sofa sleeper. There is a kitchenette with a dining area. Our beaches are still uncrowded and our waters provide some of the best seafood in the country. Something wonderful is always in season: crabs, crawfish, oysters and always fish of all kinds. In season, you can even walk to the the harbor and buy fresh shrimp right off the boats.
Our Harbor House is filled with local art and whimsy. It was once part of the original Ocean Springs Yacht Club which was destroyed by Hurricane Katrina. Thankfully, the Guest House survived and has been completely remodeled with love since the hurricane.

Summary: This is, I think, either our third or fourth time staying at Beth and Jack's Harbor House. It's completely perfect in every way! Especially for couples - look no further when booking in Ocean Springs. It has everything you need. The coziness is unmatched. The views are splendid. I said hello to a heron that lives on the outer decks every morning. Also sometimes dolphins come into the harbor :)

Summary: We loved our stay here. The location is excellent - close to the harbor (where we bought fresh shrimp) and within walking distance of downtown and the beach. The place is quiet, comfortable, and relaxing. Everything we needed for a great stay was provided in the home. While there isn’t a full oven/stove, there is a hot plate and large countertop oven; we checked out local restaurants for most of our meals. And we enjoyed morning coffee and evening cocktails on the large deck overlooking the harbor. If you’re headed to Ocean Springs, do yourself a favor and book this cottage.

Summary: We had a great time at the harbor cottage. Sitting on the deck after a day touring was so relaxing. We enjoyed being close to the water and took several walks down the docks, pier and beach.We also walked into downtown. It's about half a mile and is a pleasant walk. We checked to see if Uber was available in case we didn't want to walk back. It was but we were happy walking. We were there during the middle of the week and had no trouble parking downtown when we drove. The bed was very comfortable. Just be aware their are no blinds on the bedroom windows, just sheers, great if you don't mind waking up to the sunrise as we do.

Summary: Perfect Location! Our first stop in Ocean Springs and it could not have been better! We enjoyed walking from the house, for coffee or entertainment and to the pier and beach. Cute house, loved the covered outdoor patio.

Summary: Great location, right around the corner from the beach and a short drive to downtown. Quiet neighborhood that looks out to the harbor. The bed was so comfortable! Great patio for morning coffee or cocktails before turning in. Checkin was super easy as there was a lockbox by the door. Will definitely return

Summary: Everything about this cottage was perfect! Cannot beat the location - close to everything but tucked away in a quiet harbor. The cottage was spotless and well appointed- everything we needed was ready for us. So many pieces of beautiful artwork. Colorful and vibrant. Just perfect. We spent most of our time on the deck listening to the water in the marina. Lots of outdoor seating areas to enjoy. Will definitely be back again!
