Summary: Selected this house over others in the area for two reasons: game room and the nice tub in the primary bath. Very disappointed to find hair in shower drain and in tub (and kitchen appliances hadn’t been cleaned, either). Didn’t want to have to buy supplies to clean tub, so never used it. The game room was nice, but not air conditioned, which completely ruined our plans to spend time in there since it is the middle of summer. Would have been good to include that info in listing.

Summary: We are a family of four with two elementary-age kids. They absolutely loved the game room and all the fun things to keep them entertained. Very quiet neighborhood and a beautiful house. We highly recommend it.

Summary: Our family spent a wonderful weekend at this house. Lots of room inside and out, garage with all the games was a hit, just far enough from Prescott to get out of the bustle, but close enough to pop into town. Great house.

Summary: My family and I had a fabulous stay at this beautiful house! It had everything we needed for the perfect get away. My grandchildren loved the well appointed game room and spent hours playing in there. The kitchen table was the center of our meals and game nights. Thank you sharing your beautiful home with us!

Summary: This home had everything we needed. Spacious floor plan, with all the bedrooms spread out. Loved the decor of the home. The game room is amazing and a fun place to hang out with the family! Our teenage boys loved playing pool, air hockey and foosball while also watching the NBA playoffs. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking family meals, plus we utilized the grill outside. We were also pulling a trailer and the driveway allows for ample maneuvering. Highly recommend!

Summary: This was a very enjoyable place to stay as it was like staying at a luxury mansion. Perfect for a lot of people. Clean and well equipped, good kitchen if you want to cook, nice outdoor seating area. There was snooker table. Basically a fun place especially for us as we had a group of friends celebrating a graduation at Prescott College.

Summary: Wonderful and comfortable stay in this peaceful and exquisite home. Very clean, neat, and up to date amenities. The view of Granite Mountain right out the dining room window was incredible. Private surroundings, great, natural views from every side, plenty of parking, and the game room was a hoot! Very comfortable bed and bedroom and a kitchen to die for! Close enough to town when we wanted to go for activities. It was better than a 5 star hotel. Will definitely go back. Highly recommend!
