Positive: 1) The air conditioner hangs above the bed, but it can be adjusted so that it does not blow downwards. 2) There is a mosquito net on the window.
Negative: 1) The TV screen is covered in stains. Apparently, people eat at the table, and the splashes fly towards the TV. Therefore, this TV needs to be mounted on the wall as high as possible. 2) There are a lot of tangled wires on the table. I had to unwind them a bit to get the router to work. The routers are also dirty. It's best to put the wires and routers on the top shelf. 3) There are hairs on the floor in the room. It looks like the floor wasn't washed or even vacuumed before my arrival. 4) Food stains on the table and cabinet. 5) Stains on the chair fabric. It's better to replace it with a stool. The armrests are unnecessary — they knock against the table. 6) Some hairs were found in the towels. 7) The sink and toilet are clean, but there are stains on the glass surfaces in the bathroom. This is unpleasant. 8) A soap dispenser in the bathroom would be more convenient. 9) I found umbrellas on the ground floor. This is convenient, but some umbrellas have sticky handles.
Summary: I chose the hotel based on ratings and reviews. The rating was clearly inflated.

Positive: The host is approachable and easy to talk to despite the language barrier. The check-in process was easy and the host provided instructions in how to get to the property. I stayed for 8 nights and didn't have much issues with the unit and the building overall. It's a studytel, so don't expect 5-star hotel facilities - but I think the price was fair enough for what this accommodation offers. I felt safe and at peace during my stay. There are also various convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Big plus that it's close to Noryangjin metro station so I had no troubles getting where I wanted to go.

Positive: I can't describe how much I like this place, the owner is the most incredible person, I have some problems in Korea and he helped me a lot, he was nice and tried to help me with everything. I will never forget this, and get place was clean and will all the facilities, with a place to stay and a kitchen if you want to cook something, I really recommend this place

Positive: -it was close to the station (also few stations away from Seoul station on Line1) -you can go to Yeouido Park + KBS Music Bank if your purpose of visit is kpop related (only three stations away on Line 9)

Positive: The storage space was good, you get a locker with a key and plenty of space to store other things. The staff was also friendly but I didn't see them except for check-in and check-out.
Negative: My stay here was not great. My main issue was that it was dirty, my bed had dust and and a few strands of another person's hair on the sheets, in between the mattress and the wall was some random things and a lot of dust. The hostel itself wasn't super tidy, and there were very few security measures from stopping anyone from just walking in (cctv cams and nothing else). They asked for a large deposit of 50.000 won, which I thought was quite substantial since I paid a fraction of that price (usually 10.000 krw) in other hostels in Seoul. Overall, I guess it's okay for a night or two, if like me you decided to book a hostel too late and were left with few options.
