This brand new home was built in 2022, and just opened to Air B&B. Why stay in a small hotel room when you can have the luxury, space, and comfort of the contemporary Cosmopolitan 3 bedroom home!
The space
Guests will have access to the entire home.
Guests are welcome to use any room in the house. The entire home has been thoughtfully furnished with a modern urban touch and equipped with Smart TV’s throughout. With a 75 Inch in the living, 65 inch in the master, and 50 Inch TV’s in the guest bedrooms. All TV's have Netflix, Prime TV, and other smart apps. This house is ready for you to relax and enjoy.
The master bedroom has high ceilings, a king size bed, walk-in shower and walk-in closet! Washer and Dryer are centrally located so all guest can access them easily in case you need to do any laundry during your stay.
The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances and everything you'd need to prepare and enjoy a wonderful meal. The kitchen is also open to the living and dining rooms making it perfect for entertaining.
The onsite office is perfect for traveller's here on business or kiddos looking for a place to do homework or study.
The both guest bedrooms offer queen beds, and mounted smart 50 inch TV's with cable. They share a full bathroom with vanity, bathtub and shower.

Summary: My family and I made the 16 hour road trip from North Dakota for my daughter’s High School graduation. We couldn’t have been Happier with our choice in places to stay. The house was immaculate, and in a quiet peaceful neighborhood. The perfect amount of space for us to relax and enjoy the stay! Summary: This location was perfect for visiting with my son and his family in the Yukon area. Loved the ease in getting to and from Will Rogers World Airport. The Cosmo was well-stocked with essentials. Raven was super-responsive in communicating. Thank you for allowing us to use the garage for our rental car. Will stay there next time we visit OKC area.

Summary: All six of us adults had a really nice and pleasant stay at The Cosmopolitan in Yukon, OK. The Owner/Host was very nice and easy to communicate with and the house was vey clean and comfortable. Directions to the house was easy to follow and the check in and check out process was very easy also. We really like the open kitchen/dinning/living room area of the house as it was easy to visit. Thank you for the very nice and clean house to stay for a weekend get away.

Summary: This property was as nice as the pictures showed. It was exceptionally clean and well stocked with soaps, paper products, and kitchen supplies. Very convenient to OKC and Yukon areas. Our family was comfortable and really enjoyed our stay here. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in town.

Summary: This house was amazing. Great price on a new home. Perfectly located in a new subdivision just outside Oklahoma City. A coworker and myself attended an Aviation School in Bethany and had to extend our stay an additional week. The owner made everything simple and convenient with great communication. Anytime I go to Oklahoma City, I will attempt to stay in the house again.
