Positive: I loved working with Rialto Vacations- there were extremely responsive, efficient and thorough. I hope I can book through them again!
Negative: The beds weren’t the most comfortable and the TV’s could us some updating in the cottage. We could have also used some portable chairs for the beach.

Positive: Our stay was better than expected! The cottages were quaint and cute, totally providing the cape cod experience. Main st, beaches and ferry were all within walking distance. They were able to accommodate an early check in when we got there sooner than expected. It was four adults staying in the cottage and there was more than enough room for everyone. The pull out sofa was super comfy. The grounds were so peaceful, loved sitting out on the patio and watching the sunset. Will definitely be back!
Negative: The cottages have window ac units instead of central air. They did make noise so if you are someone who is sensitive to noises when you sleep it may be an issue. It was fine for me because I need the white noise to sleep so I loved it!
Summary: We absolutely loved it and can’t wait to stay again!

Positive: Our cottage was cozy and very clean. It was nice to be located so close to the pool, although we did not get to use it during our stay. The layout was really nice, especially having the bedroom tucked away from the main living area. we’ve stayed at some other rentals in the area and this felt a lot bigger.
Negative: For the price, I was a bit disappointed that the cottage didn’t have more amenities included. The toiletries were OK but sparse. The biggest surprise and disappointment was the fact that there were no beach towels either for the pool or to take to the beach. I’ve never stayed at a beach condo that didn’t have Beach gear. It was also strange to have to turn off the a/C units every time you want to dry your hair.

Negative: Rooms were clean. 12A has an ant problem. The air conditioner in 12B bedroom barely cooled the room. and is very loud.,

Positive: I loved the landscaping and the way the unit was decorated very cute. The shower was very nice and there was everything you needed to cook something to eat. For the most part it was very quiet and walking distance to a few beaches.
Negative: I didn't like the musty odor that was very strong. I tried to spray stuff and used candles but it didn't help. The deck chairs were dirty and faded and there wasn't an umbrella. The pool looked like it was ready but was closed. There were small ants in the rooms and in the middle of the night some alarm beeping went off twice. No one answered when I called the second time. The units were connected and the walls were thin hearing your neighbors. I thought the cottages would be separate not adjoined.

Positive: Cozy house, good location for our purposes. Quiet and clean. All the kitchen supplies were there and multiple ways to make coffee. We were very comfortable in the bed. Bonus, the water pressure for showering was excellent and quick hot water. Perfect place for 2 people!
Negative: Not enough toilet paper or bath towels for a week stay. Toilet paper easy enough to buy but towels we had to pay to launder ourselves. I’m sure we might have called to ask for more. Either way only a slight hassle, no big deal.
