Positive: It was a lovely location, nice and clean and good value for money - we needed a dog friendly hotel and they were happy to accommodate
Negative: The toilet didn’t flush every time and when it did it was very noisy - I did tell the staff but it didn’t get fixed

Negative: Seems to operate under multiple names; difficult to confirm if I’m in the right place (even Reception wasn’t sure). Village Hotel, Tong Park Hotel, even Holiday Inn??? Although bathroom seemed newly renovated, drains were very slow and smelly. Windows old and barely opened, curtains falling apart and didn’t move. No ventilation at all. Restaurant service was very slow; food was mediocre. Lift was out of service, no help bringing up suitcase. Halls carpets were old and coming up in places. Parking was militant- it’s in the middle of nowhere, why the vigilance?
