Positive: The location was great, room was clean and comfortable.
Negative: The air conditioner was quite loud. Our room was on the first floor and windows opened onto the front porch so we needed to keep the shades drawn, little privacy.

Positive: The location was perfect. The room was small but manageable ESPECIALLY if you put a rod in the closet and hangers and hooks. I loved the bathroom. The establishment was very clean and felt cozy and safe.
Negative: just the closet situation, easy for your staff to resolve.
Summary: Fun and relaxing a great way to bond with my granddaughter.

Negative: Was on 3rd floor with no elevator. The room had no closet or space to hand clothes. There was one iron & ironing board to be shared with each floor

Positive: Rooms were very clean, bed comfortable, nice updated bathroom.
Negative: No cash air/table to sit at in room, Light from next door hotel shined in around the 3 window shades lighting up the room all night long! Also light under room door from lighted hallway, was block able with a towel at least. No staff for assistance at desk from @8pm til @8-9am. Coffee machine in “lobby area” needed water to refill, no coffee cups first night, no accessible water to access. Nothing to clean area around Keurig. Posted advertising pictures are not clearly reflective of rooms. Outdated furniture, frame around King beds dangerous sharp corners.
Summary: Not restful due to neighboring hotel lights on all night. Need staff through the night. Not as advertised.
