Positive: Location was great. Good neighborhood, place was clean, host was helpful. Access to tv and entertainment was really good. Kitchen had most of the basics.

Negative: We were confused as to how to use the door lock, but Malik sent us the info after we got there. The floor in front of the toilet in the master bathroom was in disrepair, there was a nail sticking up from the boards. There were no toiletries like shampoo and soap that were supposed to be there.

Summary: Good place for a short stay, convenient to Richmond attractions.

Positive: I didn’t stay at the cozy emerald, the host told me the day prior that the house had an issue. I was given another property referred to as The Orange door. It was a great home and a more than fair substitution. I would definitely stay again at the Orange door.

Negative: I couldn’t find the trash receptacle to take out the trash.

Summary: Great hosts, beautiful home!! Must book!!
