Summary: Very clean and the room was a good size. The staff were amazing and very polite. Close to the train station and lots of restaurants and stores within walking distance. Would definitely stay there again.

Summary: Nothing short of brilliant! There was no stage that the staff ever said ‘no’ to a reasonable request! This is what hospitality is about! The ‘lobby concert’ on New Year’s Eve was a touch of class in hospitality - unexpected and definitely a pleasant surprise! Keep it this way!

Summary: This is a hardcore 4 star Japanese hotel. Excellent service, location, restaurant, and amenities. They're not used to working with foreigners. Be patient and polite.
