Positive: Liked everything about the property. Nice backyard area. Toys to play with for the children. The house is nice a spacious. Everything you need is already there. "EVERYTHING!!"

Negative: The only thing I did not like was there was ONLY 1 TV that was in the front sitting area. No TV in either of the 3 rooms.
