Summary: Staff was wonderful. Cockroaches in bathroom were a pain . Location was great. I would stay there again. Breakfast was wonderful. Best of my trip. Evening restaurant I would skip eating here. So many better places in Panjim.

Summary: Overall experience: 10/10. The food was great, and the staff was very friendly and cooperative. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. A couple of constructive suggestions: • The room should have a second key for the second guest staying in the same room. • The elevator has an unpleasant odor that needs attention. Overall, a wonderful stay — highly recommended!

Summary: It is very close to many attractions in Panjim, walkable distance to Fontainhas. Room was clean and decent. But i have to say food quality was not great, for the price of stay, kinda disappointed in that. But overall staff was friendly and pretty quiet area.
