Summary: very welcoming and helpful front desk staff. pool and gym amenities were impressive! Rooms facing the pool/courtyard should be wary that the pool opens early and noise travels! But we slept well.

Summary: First of all the staff were brilliant and have no complaints about them. Also foyer and reception area were very cool. However.... we were in a mod pod room which was very small. It also backed onto the pool which is a jacuzzi and at 6 30am it was turned on and guests were using it from 7am This meant we were woken early with no chance of getting back to sleep. The rooms opposite looked directly into ours which meant no privacy unless we pulled the blind right down and the walls were so thin we could hear the people in the room next to us talking and even heard their vibrate. There are other rooms im the hotelwhich maybe better so avoid the mod pod pool room if possible.

Summary: A really fantastic experience. The hotel is very modern with some incredible facilities and in a great location just 5 mins from Eyre Square. The gym is as good as a gym I've ever seen in a hotel. The staff there couldn't have been more helpful. Then the heated outdoor pool, sauna, steam room and plunge pools really set the place ahead of most other hotels. Really clean and convenient. The room was very small but had everything needed; a very comfortable bed, great shower and TV. It's quite like a modern hotel room in New York or even Tokyo; small but modern. I'll be massively recommending the hotel to everyone thinking of going to Galway and definitely will be back. Other hotels could learn a lot from the Dean's approach!

Summary: I loved the hotel, exactly as described . It was spotless, clever signage . All the staff were outstanding. Pool an gym set up were great. The rooftop restaurant was top notch. I slept so well there. Great mirror shower. Ask for extra coathanger s, as lack of storage was a thing. Treat yourself an stay there.

Summary: Rooms are very small, but functional. Location close to town, handy. No car parking on site, & would be an uphill walk with bags from the designated pay car park, but we only had overnight bag, no issue - & it wasn’t raining! €12 for hotel discount parking. Didn’t eat in hotel, bar was nice.
