Positive: Inside the hotel was nice and it was easy to find a parking.
Negative: Bathroom was too far from the rooms, the ground floor was too loud when people walking past and it was too much noise in the morning waking up people early in the morning.

Positive: Just down the road was a little township with everything that you need & free parking which was awesome & close enough to Uber to spark arena for cheap.
Negative: All was good they helped you out if you needed something extra, ie microwave use.

Positive: I loved the look of the place. Even took some time to read in the lounge. 😊 And for a 100 yr old (+?) building, was impressed that the shower was great!
Negative: The bed wasn’t the best. Not super comfortable but ok.

Positive: Good location (Auckland-wise). Except it’s behind a set of flats. I did really appreciate the ample on site parking though. That was great.
Negative: There’s pretty much no sound proofing whatsoever so I could hear every single thing happening outside my room. My rooms was downstairs right opposite reception, beside the lounge and at the bottom of the staircase. So there was a lot of movement happening outside my door and the first night I had a horrible sleep as I was awoken early due to noise. I managed to get some ear plugs for the rest of my stay which helped.
Summary: Pretty average to be honest but only because of the noise really.

Positive: The place was nice and comfy. The shower was a bit small but it's not really a problem to us. We were travelling from a tropical country and that night was pretty cold, thank god the heated mattresses really helped us. They got several parking spaces inside the compound too.
