Positive: Irene was a fantastic host, and she made sure the check-in process was very seamless. As a solo traveller, Dive Hut had everything I needed -- clean rooms, swimming pool, kitchenette, close proximity to restaurants and other attractions

Positive: We were very happy with our two week stay. The location is very convenient to many restaurants, shops, and snorkeling areas. We were warmly welcomed and given a great deal of information about the area and the island. It was very easy to contact the manager throughout our stay. Clean towels were provided 2x each week and our unit was cleaned 1x a week. There is a scooter rental across the street with very reasonable pricing. Enjoyed many afternoons by the pool. Wi-Fi was adequate for our needs. Also assisted with transportation from the airport on the night of our arrival.
Negative: Cable TV didn’t work while we were there but Netflix and Prime was available

Negative: Neither old nor new management seems to understand customer service. Internet didn’t work in bedroom at all, on and off in the kitchen. Coffee machine had three kinds of mould growing in it and was never returned when asked to clean. Not a single hook for a towel in the bathroom! This is an island where people dive/ swim / etc. Barely any electric sockets but why bother to charge the phone if one can’t use the internet anyway ,I suppose. Room number 4 behind the kitchen offered according smells and sounds from the adjacent mexican restaurant. A move to another room which was supposed to have a better wifi signal was offered- without a reduction in price however. The offered room would have had no studio kitchen so it would have been a downgrade and been accordingly cheaper. The music from the restaurant was loud on the premises. It rained heavily one night and no one bothered to dry the cushions in the outdoor seating area for an entire week, the soggy cushions were stilllying on the bench when I left. The new owners didn’t seem to have an eye for this either, or lack of interest. Basic accommodation is fine - it’s the customer service and attention to detail that makes the difference !
Summary: I left a week early and was not offered any reduction/ compensation and messages weren’t answered .
