Perfect for couples, families, and those just wanting to get away from the city. Free public boat ramp is one block away. Kayaks, paddle boat, fishing equipment, AC/Heat, Ceiling Fans, Grills.
This is an ideal getaway spot! Enjoy your private deck while looking out over the huge red dock and the lake. There is also a floating dock for easy access to the water and securing your boat. You can often spot deer and wild turkey on the shoreline across the lake. The free public access boat ramp is only a block away. The 5,369-acre Hill Country State Natural Area is about 15 minutes away for hiking and cycling. Take a drive through the scenic Texas Hill Country in any number of directions to explore the area.
The Dock Holiday Inn has 3 Bedrooms and 4 Single Roll Away Beds. 1st Bedroom has a King size bed, walk-in closet, and a bathroom with shower/tub combo. 2nd Bedroom has a twin bed with a twin trundle underneath. 3rd Bedroom has a Queen bed, bunk beds and an armoire. Fully equipped kitchen (stove with oven and range top, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, dish washer, coffee maker, all utensils, dishes and glassware, pots and pans, fryer). Two bathrooms with towels provided. 1st bathroom is shower/tub combo in Bedroom #1. 2nd Bathroom has a stand-alone shower. Washer/Dryer down below house. Other amenities include air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, Flat screen ROKU TV, DVD player, WiFi, a whole-house cell signal amplifier provides a good cell signal, a blue-tooth portable speaker, a gas grill, a charcoal grill, a stone fire pit, and access to kayaks, paddle boat and fishing equipment.
It has a huge outdoor covered deck with ceiling fans and comfortable wicker furniture.
All bed linens and bath towels and soap supplies are provided.

No Smoking Allowed indoors. Swim at your own risk. We are not responsible for accidents. Children must be supervised at all times. Stairs on property.
Only adults should carry kayaks/paddle boat. Follow posted rules for kayak use. No fires in fireplace in the house.
Low lake water alert! Due to the drought the lake water is very low at our lake house.

Summary: The house was very clean and well stocked. We had one small issue and the owner called right away and we easily figured it out. Excellent communication. The back porch and covered deck was amazing. Lots of seating and very comfortable.

Summary: We stayed in this property over Thanksgiving when the lakefront was basically dry. The deck is very nice and we sat out mornings and evenings and watched the stars. We also cooked out one night. Our beds were very comfortable and we found what we needed easily. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: This listing had amazing views and so much space and activities inside and outside the house for the kids! The views for my wedding pictures were so beautiful and the house was fully stocked with whatever we needed! Lacy was so nice and easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend other families to stay here if your looking for a getaway.

Summary: The owners are fantastic about the entire communication process. All my questions were answered almost immediately. The house is extremely well stocked. The deck is spacious and the view is beautiful. We had a group of 7 ranging from 16 to senior and everyone enjoyed themselves and had plenty to do. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Summary: What a charming house with so much character and a great location! This house was so roomy with lots of space! We loved the big deck and the views across the river were amazing! The owners have thought of everything and there is nothing that they have missed. We had never been to Medina Lake and didn’t realize just how big it was. We liked the seclusion of not being right on the lake but probably would have tried to rent a boat to see more of it. Great communication from the owners. Highly recommend!
