Positive: Bar staff all delightful. Cleaning staff slightly lacking. Layer of dust on bedside table, hair elastics on floor ,(not mine). No bathmat, rectified when asked, but left wet hand towel used as replacement on floor. Would expect dirty cups to be removed daily. Nowhere to hang towels and no shelving either over sink or in shower. Shower track grubby.
Negative: As above. However, bar staff more than made up for it!
