Summary: I had asked for a handicap accessible room after having recent knee surgery. When we arrived, our room was still not available at the 3 o’clock time. It finally was available around 445. The weight wasn’t so much the inconvenience, however, when we got to the room, the view was beautiful, but the bathroom toilet was not standard ADA height. And the shower was a tub and I was not able to step into it. Otherwise, this day was lovely

Summary: They didn’t clean our room and when we call down the front desk said was I sure. When I assured them that I knew a made bed vs not they said oh all of the cleaning staff was gone. Then a half hour later when we were leaving to go to dinner walked by a house made working, cleaning a room. The next morning checking out I told the front desk this and they said. “Oh we will mention it to the manager” and never heard anything more. As an aside booked two room other one for my daughter and family. Rooms were small and much less than special. as my kids say “OVERRATED “

Summary: Absolutely stunning hotel with super attentive staff. Stay away from the Cafe on Oak restaurant though....abysmal service and oblivious wait staff.

Summary: Very clean. Old hotel that needs update. Bathroom small and antiquated. Old style tub-shower with curtain rod. Room a bit musty with old carpet etc. A Grand hotel in its day

Summary: The staff was very friendly and followed up with us to make sure we had everything. The gentlemen at the front door was so helpful. Great location. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

Summary: The location of hotel is amazing! Beach right across the street, to amazing shopping and plenty of restaurants. All staff very helpful and accommodating at The Drake. The age of the hotel shows. Everything from in room tv to old smell of the room. If you’re looking for old charm, this is your place.
