Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Spacious and clean
Negative: Lied about having a balcony. It is more of an outdoor ledge and you cannot see the sky. Rooftop pool is pointless and should not have been mentioned. Requested for an early check in but I arrived on time (at 14:00) and was told to wait as the room was still not ready.
Summary: Adequate but slightly disappointing as the property misrepresents themselves.

Positive: The Staff is very friendly and supportive. Hotel is newly built, clean and location is perfect with lots of cafes and SPAs nearby. Golden Lotus SPA is the best one just 2 mins walk. Also, there is a mini market opposite to hotel where you can exchange money with a good rate. When in Da Nang and if you like seafood, go to Poseidon seafood buffet - best, but make sure you book a table a day before. We stayed in 1 bedroom apartment and it has all you need for a stay including washing machine. The shower has also been nice.
Summary: Highly recommended hotel/suits

Positive: The staff were exceptionally helpful in helping us organise a motorbike and calling up a local shop (we ordered custom shoes that were delayed). The pool was a good size for a family swim, and the pool facilities were clean. Location to closeby restaurants and shops was excellent - we could walk down to the local hairdresser and late night dessert in less than 10 minutes.
Negative: The air conditioning unit in the room was difficult to set - we were not able to change the temperature and fan speed, which resulted in a VERY dry room in the morning! This was ideal for drying clothes inside, however I felt too cold and my throat/skin were uncomfortably dry. The shower head did not have strong pressure and the shower drain seemed to be getting clogged during light use - the water would pool in the shower and take a while to drain away. These are all personal qualms, the overall quality and available amenities (washing machine, kitchenette, sofa, kitchen table) were good.
Summary: Good
