Positive: Best part was the location and the overall architecture of the property. It's only 15 mins from Lansdowne. Staff was polite and attentive. Food was really good.
Negative: Our bathroom's geyser wasn't working properly. The only trouble we faced.
Summary: Overall a highly recommended property for families to have a stressfree time.

Positive: Beautiful well maintained property, scenic location, polite and helpful staff and delicious food.
Negative: There's nothing to dislike. However, the route from Noida to Landsdowne particularly after Meerut, up to Kothdwar, until the hill range began was in bad shape. The authorities should have completed the work before the holiday season. This issue has nothing to do with the property.

Positive: The location is absolutely stunning nestled in the clouds with mountains all around, offering breathtaking views right from the balcony. The property is new, very clean, and the game room adds a fun touch to the stay. You don’t even need to visit Tip n Toe Point because the view from the hotel itself is that amazing. Food is tasty, and the overall ambiance is peaceful and refreshing.
Negative: The room felt overpriced at ₹7600, especially since breakfast wasn't included. Food is also on the expensive side. If you're not traveling with your own vehicle, transportation becomes a hassle cabs are costly and the nearest scooty rental is 12 km away.

Positive: Property was very neat and clean. Staff was very supportive and oral experience was good about the view. You can see sunset. You have the view of the hill. It was so refreshing.
