Positive: The location of the hotel was easy to reach, the staff were polite, and really helpful. The In room dining service were good, the wifi connectivity was good, and the overall maintenance of the property was in good conditions.

Negative: The breakfast timings were fine, but the quality of breakfast was below average. Most food items were cold or had flies going around the food, which is a health code violation. The hotel room doors had pieces of wood missing from them, so some bugs did find their way in.

Positive: Decent hotel which had availability at short notice as another hotel let me down. Room service menu was good, and delivery was prompt and the food was very good. Nice, polite and efficient staff. Hotel is clean and modern. There are a couple of basic shops across the road if you need any urgent supplies.

Negative: Breakfast buffet heavily slanted towards Indian customers. I asked for eggs 'sunny side up' as I didn't fancy any of the buffet options - I was given an omelette. Beverages consisted of white sweetened coffee or black tea (fortunately unsweetened) which was actually pretty good when I added milk. The place is a few kms from town and taxis to and from were fairly expensive.

Summary: Decent hotel a few kms outside Port Blair.
