Positive: Everything will be served by your butler. The room service food was fantastic. Every food I ordered arrived fast, and every single dish was fresh and delicious. They 've got a good chef. Hendra, my butler, was very nice and kind. He helped with every little thing I needed even cleaning, serving food, and taking to new places in the resort. He knew what I needed. The ocean view...the swimming pool... people... everything is fantastic! I 'd love to come and visit again soon.

Negative: You get a private Buttler with your stay but instead been on call for you somewhere in the resort, just stays at property all the time. I think the whole deal with renting a villa is having privacy.. we were having a family trip but just thinking in couples travelling wouldnโ€™t be nice. Missing a lot of the 5 star resort touches, staff is lovely as most people in Indonesia but doesnโ€™t have that luxury service training and not great English so communications become very difficult. Villa has activities and things to do but they donโ€™t give priority to guests and external people can book. Villa needs a deep cleaning.. Corners, windows dirty when we arrive. Bathroom sliding door not working well, shower hose broken .. needs a bit of maintenance and care. We stayed in plenty of 5 star hotels and resorts this trip and Considering how much it costed this stay and anyone paying more than 1.6k a night will have very high expectations.. we just visited the resort next door in our stay and everything was perfect so lots of room for improvement for the edge.
