Positive: The resort is very clean, comfortable, and quiet, being a bit out of town. The service was also superb, and Phea Phan at the front desk, was notable in going out of his way to ensure that all our needs were met.
Negative: The resortnis slightly out of town, but this was not a problem as there was never a problem getting a tuk-tuk.

Positive: A Truly Memorable Stay – 5 Stars! We had the absolute pleasure of spending 13 days at The Embassy Angkor Resort and Spa in Siem Reap this summer, and it was nothing short of fantastic. We stayed in one of their beautiful suites with a private pool, and it offered the perfect balance of comfort, privacy, and luxury. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The staff were incredible – always willing to help and make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Nothing was ever too much trouble. A huge thank you to the wonderful team who made our stay extra special: Ms. Mon (General Manager) – for overseeing such a welcoming and well-run resort Mr. Key (Operations Manager) – for his attentive support Mr. Polon, Ms. Kim, Ms. Theakg, and Mr. Nivat – for their daily kindness and warm service throughout our stay Mr. Vuthy – who took us on a stunning tour of the temples in a vintage Mercedes Benz; such a unique and memorable experience! Mr. Phea – who kindly brought us to town and ended up getting soaked in a rainstorm on the way back – thank you for your great spirit and sense of humour! The food at the resort was also excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options. One of the highlights was a complimentary romantic dinner for two, which the hotel kindly arranged. The setting was intimate and beautifully done, and we enjoyed a fabulous selection of local Khmer dishes – a truly unforgettable evening. This was one of the best resort stays we’ve ever had. We’re already dreaming of a return visit and highly recommend The Embassy Angkor Resort and Spa to anyone looking for a serene, luxurious, and genuinely welcoming experience in Siem Reap.

Positive: Love the amazing and friendly staff who went above and beyond making us feel like home. Special mention to our driver/guide Houyi who took care of our mom with mobility issues and made it easier for her to visit the temples
Negative: Could have bigger shadier trees around the resort so it's not too warm out on the balcony but nothing will stop us from staying here again

Positive: We had a magnificent stay at The Embassy Angkor Resort. The traditional style hotel was what we were looking for and the friendly home- from-home feel was truly special. The staff are particularly good and extremely genuine which we appreciated greatly, especially Phea and Jin who looked after us during our stay, booking circus tickets (best seats in the house!) And arranging transport etc. Facilities were were wonderful and we loved our huge room with pool and enjoyed the food in the restaurant. We also used the Spa which was very peaceful and excellent after a long day touring the temples. Just book it, you won't be disappointed and its exceptional value. Well done to the whole team 👏. We will be back ! A special thanks to Phea who looked after us during our stay and provided friendly and exceptional customer service.

Positive: We loved our 5 nights here - super comfy rooms (comfiest bed I've ever slept in), spacious, clean, property facilites were clean and comfy. Not busy when we were there so we enjoyed a quiet relaxing time. Staff (esp Phea) went above and beyond - super friendly and welcoming. Will definitely stay again if we're lucky enough to go back. Free tuk tuk into town was invaluable too.
