Negative: I arrived and used the code I was emailed and it wasn't the right code. There was a keypad on the door lock. I was late for a wedding bc I wasn't able to get into the door. I finally called the 1800vacay. After a lengthy walk around the property looking for a lock box, they sent me a different (a 4 digit code when they had emailed a 6 digit code). I finally got in and was able to lock it to leave the first day. The second day I tried to leave, the code wouldn't work and I had to leave my belongings unprotected in an unlocked house. When departing, I had to leave the house unlockedbc no one on the phone could help me and no local people ever responded to vacasa's request for help.

Positive: Very nice cottage. Clean and stocked with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Bed was very comfortable. Walking distance to the beach. They also had beach accessories if you forgot to bring yours.
Negative: Internet was awful. I could watch TV one minute then it would cut off the next. I unplugged the router as instructed then plugged it back in and it would still do it. I tried to work on my laptop, but it was very slow or no internet at all. That is my only complaint.

Positive: Location, easy to get to. Close to all stores.
Negative: Bloody mattress cover, didn't know until I had to remove the sheets for washing. The kitchen table chairs were not sturdy enough for heavy weight persons. The master bed had thick feather mattress cover and bedspread this makes the bed very hot.

Positive: I love how close it was to beach access without being on the main road. The cottage itself was beautiful and a perfect size for our family of 3. It was clean and beautifully decorated. We had a wonderful stay.
Negative: Nothing. We thought the location, size, amenities and decor to be perfect. No complaints.
