Positive: This was our first Christmas trip to Chicago and we needed to find a hotel that was close to where our kids live. The Emily fit the bill perfectly! The location in the West Loop/Fulton Market was really fun - lots of restaurants, bars and shopping are very close by. The hotel is lovely and the room - a deluxe king - was very nice. I did find the bed to be a bit too firm for my liking and had a dickens of a time trying to get the room cool enough for a good night's sleep. Despite those two hiccups, I would still recommend this lovely hotel to all travelers coming to the West Loop/Fulton Market area.

Negative: Beds a bit on the firm side.

Negative: It was annoying to keep doing the wifi for each day you were there. The wifi should work for all they time you are there without having to keep updating it.

Positive: Wonderful location, walkable to lots of restaurants and things to do. The room felt modern yet functional. They provided us with a crib and baby soap which we thought was a nice touch for those traveling with a baby!
