Summary: There was no staff available when we arrived at 5.30pm. Phoned the number given but it went to voicemail and no one returned the call The shower did not work and there were no staff available to ask for help

Summary: The hotel was locked when we arrived. No one was there!! There was a mobile number which we called to be told staff were on their break!! Apart from this chap who arrived to give us our key. Didnt see anyone. Left our key in room when we were leaving as didnt know what to do with it.Very very poor service.

Summary: We got moved to the sister hotel the Victoria as the esplanade was closed . The hotel was great . Staff are all lovely . Food was amazing. Definitely will go back . Thanks

Summary: A standard overnight, cold room with window not able to shut , was hanging down slightly from the top, thin curtains with no heater turned on for arrival, cold through the night, early loud delivery noises
