Summary: This is the third time I have stayed at the Evergreen, and I really enjoy it. It has been renovated, so it feels clean, comfortable, and fresh. I love the décor and the new design. The indoor pool and hot tub are amazing because the weather never interferes with my family being able to enjoy them. I also love having coffee in the morning in the new café area — it’s very nice. I definitely recommend it.

Summary: This place was perfect for our visit to McCall- close to town but we were spared the busy pace of downtown. It appeared to be freshly renovated and well maintained. Beautiful interior design, everything clean and fresh. Highly recommend.

Summary: The staff was hospitable and attentive. In general, the room was clean and orderly. Stained carpet in the room and the carpets in the hallway were dirty which was not appealing. The chairs in the room were not comfortable seating and lacked any support for those with back issues. Food and beverages were available to purchase and the staff in that setting were also pleasant and hospitable. Lots of convenient parking and easy to access rooms. Laundry, pool, and exercise facilities were clean, well maintained and easy to access.

Summary: The front desk staff was very unhelpful! It felt that they just wanted to hand the room key and nothing else ( no recommendations for things to do, asking them questions and it felt that they didn’t want to reply to your question) On the other hand the breakfast staff were very helpful always happy to help and provide the required level of service! The room was clean but there was no housekeeping and no one informed us about it! The hotel is 5-10 minutes walk from the centre of the town and we struggled with the buggy because there is no pavement

Summary: The rooms were nice, clean and spacious. The hot tub is good, but the indoor pool is too cold to be enjoyable, which is a bummer when you're looking to unwind after a warm day and a cold lake. The cafe's breakfast items have gone down hill since last year. Almost inedible. The grounds are still well maintained and the basics one looks for in a hotel are still very good.
