30 day bookings only. The Evergreen Villa is a private luxury farmhouse style home that sits on 78 acres of land. Enjoy the country privacy without being too far from the world famous Daytona beach. Perfect for events, family reunions and large gatherings, the 2500 square foot pool deck is great for hosting. Plenty of parking is available for any extra guests. Enjoy the Old Florida landscape from the comfort of this private ranch estate.
A short 15 minute drive to I95, a scenic 25 minute drive to the Atlantic Ocean, and just over an hour to Disney World.
The space
Keeping everyone fed is a pleasure in the open-design kitchen with granite countertops, 8 barstools, and top quality stainless steel appliances. Enjoy a fully stocked coffee bar with a Kuerig, espresso machine, and frother. In addition, the kitchen cabinets are fully stocked with cookware, dishes, and other necessities.
Come enjoy the private pool (30 foot long) and screened-in jacuzzi hot tub. Heat for the spa is included in the daily rate. Cook out on our gas grill and charcoal brick pizza oven that sits below the beautiful shade sails and string lights.
Your stay will never be boring with the entertainment room that includes a flat screen smart TV, pool table, and large poker table.

Master bedroom with king sized bed, full shower/tub bathroom, walk in closet, and sliding glass door that leads to the spa deck.
Four more bedrooms with queen sized beds.
Two sleeper sofas in the entertainment room.

Detached RV garage is for owner use only.

All children under the age of 9 must be accompanied by an adult and use appropriate flotation devices in pool and hot tub. We ask that you treat our investment like you would your own. No more than the maximum occupancy of 14 people allowed at the villa unless the host is notified beforehand of a special event which will include modified pricing and requirements. Summary: for my first vrbo stay, I was impressed. The location and house was very clean and parking was never an issue. Sleeping was a dream, nice beds and super quiet. Bathrooms were so nice and never ran out of hot water. The kitchen is super, 2 big sinks and an island that made me jealous. The living room is spacious, a great place to pow wow. The pool (bigger than any hotel I've been in) has great water temperature and nice chemical levels. The deck outside had more amenities than I could use. If you love nature this is the perfect spot. The host the best and has my respect, thank you Sir. The house rules are the same as the way you want your house treated. Keep it neat because i may want to return.

Summary: The house was very clean and Derek was amazing as a host. I would recommend this house for a family's with children or without. This property is secluded and the outside area was everything we hoped. The hot tub and pool were used daily. This house made us all feel right at home. We will definitely be staying here again.
