Summary: This place is beautiful! Immaculate, well stocked (better than any VRBO I have ever stayed in), completely private yet conveniently located to stores. Everything about our stay was top-notch. Communication was excellent and they provide you with a property management team that is superb and readily available to give a tour and provide information for anything you might need. They discreetly clean and service the pool and remove trash daily. There are actually two separate houses (very close) and a hall at your disposal. The pool has a slide and shallow platform which was great for the younger kids. It has a small sandy beach area although we did swim in the lake, family members enjoyed kayaking and fishing off the pier. Not a lot to do in town but Richmond is about a half hour drive away. We were five families (9 adults and 9 children ranging in age 20 months-16 years of age). There was so much room that you could always find privacy if you wanted a quiet moment. I would not hesitate recommending this home for a large group reunion or a family vacation who would be content socializing and relaxing in place - no need to look any further. Highly recommended, you will not be disappointed in the accommodations.

Summary: We were drawn to this property primarily because of the pool, which is amazing and has a super-fun waterslide, but we ended up loving everything - boats on the lake, pool table, and a TON of bedrooms/space! Everything went smoothly and while we were initially concerned it would be overkill, we ended up using both houses & had a fantastic time!
