Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed this quaint and charming home. Very clean and welcoming. Plenty of bedrooms and family space to talk and relax. Very well stocked with all the essentials. You just need to bring your food and beverages. The beds were comfortable and the sheets and towels were soft. Nolan and Cat responded very quickly to our communications. If you like small town rural scenic views this is the place for you. We came for a 60th wedding anniversary so our main goal was to visit with family. We highly recommend this property.

Summary: This house was plenty of room for 12 of us. I did bring a couple air mattresses just so teens didn't have to share beds. There was plenty of room for 2 queen air mattresses in the room where the futon is. It's huge! We enjoyed the open kitchen/dining area. It certainly didn't feel like there was 12 of us there. Thanks for a great stay!

Summary: We stayed for Colgate move in. The home was less than 15 minutes from campus, absolutely spotless and the manager, Nolan and his Dad were welcoming and helpful with our stay and future visits to Colgate. I highly recommend this home!
