Summary: Our family occupied two residences on the site and both were perfect for us-convenient to the graduation at Texas A&M but in an area where we could enjoy the peace and quiet. Our hosts were accommodating when we needed to change our reservation. The kitchens were well equipped, clean, and neat. Extra activities that we didn't expect were darts, corn hole and bar-b-ques.

Summary: Property was nice and clean. There were four couples and plenty of room for us all. The only complaint I have is more bath towels and wash clothes were needed. We stayed two nights and there were only enough towels and wash cloths for one for each person. Towels are fine to reuse but wash cloths are not. If there had been a washer and dryer we would have washed them purse but there isn’t one.

Summary: We were at the location for a wedding in Giddings. Would have loved to spend more time at the property. It is very clean and loved the ambiance. My grand daughter loved the Moo's (cows). We plan on coming again with family to meet each other halfway.
