Positive: A beautiful, quirky farmhouse. It’s everything you’d expect, stone walls, floors different levels, you have to duck down to go through some of the doorways - it’s a lovely, typical farmhouse. We had everything we needed, all clean and tidy and the directions were perfect to follow (don’t use sat nav). Great location too just a few minutes in the car from various places.
Negative: Would be handy to have some toiletries like shampoo and shower gel but that’s a personal preference.
Summary: Lovely, quirky farmhouse.

Positive: The house was very nice, comfortable, clean and spacious. We had 2 families of 4 and it was plenty. Location is great. Nice to be out in the sticks, but close enough to drive to busier destinations like Cardigan and Newport. Kids loved the play area and gym. We loved the large fireplace and had plenty of log fires. Kitchen and dining room is perfect too.
Negative: The bunk bed room is a little small and the top bunk needs a protector rail. We didn't use the top bunk and instead we had 3 kids in the single beds room. Downstairs toilet has an issue flushing too, but didn't cause us any issues. There are bags of logs available to buy out the back at £5 per bag, but we had to buy kindling from shops else it's not easy to get the fire going. Not a big issue, but maybe provide small kindling bags that we can purchase like the big log bags.
Summary: Excellent old style farmhouse, great for families
