Summary: When we booked, we were set to have 30 people stay. Luckily, we got to tour the property before we stayed. The listing was completely off on the rooms/bedding arrangements. It also says there's space for 40 people to eat, but when I asked they said it was across the entire property for 3 buildings, which was not clarified in the listing. The heated pool & hot tub was broken when we went. We couldn't get the projector to work. The worst thing was a lot of the bedding was very stained. Almost half the bedding that our family stayed on had gross stains, including the small blankets around the house. Overall, beautiful property but we did keep having disappointments pop up. The house is listed for sale and we thought maybe the owners weren't taking as much care. Our contact was very helpful and kind though. Anytime we brought anything up (like a broken toilet and dishwasher that was on the property) they were sure to get someone out to take a look.

Summary: We came from all over to have a small family reunion. Everything was great. The house was awesome. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. We enjoyed several amenities of the property and would definitely visit again.

Summary: One of the best place so far I found on Vrbo. We enjoy cycling, kayaking, pool, xbox, playstation. We will definitely come back again.

Summary: this special occasion was exceptional due to the fantastic accommodations at the Farm House. I can't say enough about how wonderful our stay was. We had a large group of 31 family members ranging from >1 to 85 years old! Everyone had a wonderful time. Ashton was exceptional in taking care of us. The estate was gorgeous and had many activities for all. All the beds were comfortable and there were so many different rooms to enjoy and space to spread out. We absolutly loved our stay.

Summary: Beautiful property in quiet surroundings. The property manager, Ashton, was very accessible during our stay. Would highly recommend the property for a vacation stay with family: many activities for all age groups, swimming pool, pool table, bikes, and gaming/movie room.

Summary: This place is great. Everything on the listing was accurate and there were lots of extra things like water guns, various balls, bikes and helmets, fishing poles, travel cribs and high chairs, etc. The kitchen was well stocked with SO many pots and pans and utensils--pretty much anything you could need. There's a keurig and also a regular coffee pot, and some k-cup type coffee options. We had a group of 11, from 2-70, and everyone agreed the beds were comfortable. Most of the main floor is wheel chair accessible except for the shower, and one step around the entry way. The other housing on the property is a little farther than we expected, but it still wasn't bad. The guest house was maybe a 5 minute walk and the game barn/bunk house was probably closer to 8-10. We do walk slow though. Highly recommend. We would be happy to return here. Ashton, the on-sight property manager, is literally the best we've ever worked with. You can tell he really enjoys his job and cares about the guests.

Summary: Ashton was at the property to greet us when we arrived. He gave us a tour of the property, and told us about the wildlife along the way. Whether we had questions such as where to order pizza from, or we were asking him to adjust the temperature of the hot tub, or turn the jets on or off, he was always very quick to respond-if he wasn't already at the property working on something. The pool is bigger than the pictures make it look. There was plenty of space for our large group. Our group ranged from age 2-62. There were places to fish, kayaks, bikes, a foosball table, pool table, poker table, ping pong, brand new gaming systems for the teenagers, a theater room, and much more. The guest house had its own kitchen, and the bunkhouse had a kitchen. Refrigerators, washers and dryers, microwave, etc., in each building. Our group really enjoyed the place, and Ashton was a great help with everything. He made the place even more enjoyable than it already was. He is a very hard worker.

Summary: We selected this property for a family vacation (ALL the siblings/spouses/children) so we had a large group with a huge age range. I have never stayed anywhere that catered to all ages so well. Crib, Pack 'n Play, high chair, and baby bath seat for the littles. A giant shed packed with games, toys, and bikes for the younger kids. The Bunkhouse with air hockey, ping pong, etc. for the pre-teens. The pool was an absolute highlight for everyone. Plenty of seating and sun umbrellas, and the shallow entrance was a great place for the littles to play. The absolute highlight were the estate managers. I've never stayed anywhere that takes so much pride in ensuring a good experience. All concerns, small or large were taken care of immediately. Can not say enough good things about them.
