Summary: The Fern Cave Tiny House was a sturdy little hideaway from the strong winds of the Texas panhandle. We would have welcomed a little more heat the 1st night when the temps were down in the 30s but it warmed up with the sunshine of the next afternoon. The refrigerator and freezer were appreciated. The house was as clean as could be. The bed was comfy and cozy too.

Summary: A clean, well cared for property, in a peaceful area. It had all we needed for a couple of nights of hiking at Caprock canyon.

Summary: This property is so convenient to Caprock Canyon State Park. After a day of hiking, relaxing on the porch and the coziness of the cabin was very welcome. I would add that the cabin looks nice on the website but even better in person. We had a locked out emergency due to us and they were excellent in helping us. My wife commented almost immediately, why didnt we stay here longer?

Summary: We enjoyed our stay. We went so we could stargaze and it was well worth it! Very little light pollution with a new moon. We could see the Milky Way a little bit. As for the cabin, it was comfy and had everything we needed. The water pressure was excellent and better than expected! We enjoyed our stay.

Summary: The cabin was perfect for the 4 of us. We stayed two nights and visited Caprock Canyon. The area around cabin is quiet and peaceful. Very lovely place.

Summary: Fern cave is very conveniently located between Caprock Canyon State Park and Quitaque. It is nicely appointed and had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely stay here during future visits to the area.

Summary: Thank you for providing such a great place to stay. It was clean and had everything we needed. You really made the most of the space, it is well designed and fully equipped down to the details, including kitchen utensils, towels, etc. And everything works, most importantly the AC! It was a little noisy but I realize that window units are like that. The only thing that could make it better is to install a "mini-split" system. Thanks again, The Barbers

Summary: We had a great time in Quitaque in the tiny house! Love the proximity to Caprock Canyon and the cleanliness of the house. There was a bit of a water problem and they fixed it right away. And the workers were friendly and funny. We were all joking around. So… do I recommend staying here? YES!
