Positive: Great location just outside Port Lincoln city. Close to beach and good pano views of ocean and sunrise :)

Negative: There wasnt a lot of room to park a large trailer (as requested) but luckily I chose not to bring my trailer due to fuel prices.

Summary: Very clean and comfortable with Apple TV, great pano views of ocean and friendly host.

Positive: Great location with spectacular sea views. Spacious and well equipped. We had everything we needed and loved our short stay in The Flaxman Studio. A peaceful hideaway but still close to the centre of twon. Thank you.

Positive: The location was excellent and the apartment well appointed, although it does need a little maintenance. Great water pressure and hot water in the shower and the bed was very comfortable .

Negative: There was very little to dislike. To be picky, somewhere on the bathroom to put wash bags would be useful.
