Positive: I didn't collect the keys to the property. The property was already opened upon arrival by the cleaning person. However, the check-in was smooth.
Negative: Everything was pretty much good. I didn't like the parking as our vehicle was left in the opening and the closing and privacy of the gate left us initially unsure of parking, however we didn't have any issues or problems. I also didn't like that it wasn't any televisions in the room and there was only 1 tv in the living room. We had to share with my son and he brought his PS5. Very quite neighborhood, great host.
Summary: I enjoyed my stay. Although we were there for a basketball, I enjoyed my stay and would stay again.

Positive: Beautiful home, garden, pool. Plenty of space for our family. VERY CLEAN! We would definitely stay again. Looking forward to next year.
Negative: The mattresses could be more comfortable. Probably fine for children but all of the adults felt the mattresses could be more comfortable. That said, we would still stay again.

Negative: The pool was freezing so i had to take my kids elsewhere to swim. Definitely need a heater.

Positive: Location site was good. We enjoyed the stay. A few little problems, but nothing major. Host/Hostess & maintenance crew where very courteous, polite, and were there ASAP when we needed them. Thanks so much for your hospitality.
Negative: Place needs update/remodeling. Needs new living room furniture. Needs grass cut & weed eating around house.
Summary: Enjoyed the pool. A very relaxing place to stay
