Summary: Parking was provided by a hotel across the plaza. The courtyard was lovely & had a bar on the property. The theme & color scheme are nice. Location was in perfect for hanging out in the plaza. The room was okay, it met my needs.

Summary: The hotel is in a convenient location and the room was nice. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean. The bathroom had a slight odor, but it was manageable. The shower hot water was inconsistent, which could be improved. A mini fridge in the room would also be a nice addition.

Summary: My first comments of the hotel were good seeing it was my very first day here and I hadn’t even slept here yet. The staff is very friendly and professional. One major issue was the smell in my room. There was obviously a leak from the air conditioner so there was a nasty smell in the carpet. When I would be out of my room for a couple of hours and come back, the smell was awful!!!! However I didn’t complain. I’m a very simple person and I do not like to complain. I didn’t like the fact that there isn’t a phone to call down to front desk. There are plenty of places for drinks, food, and also souvenir shops close by.

Summary: Plenty of shopping and food/bars well within walking distance. However, don't plan on taking leftovers back with you, as there is no mini fridge in the room. Overall, the room was clean. I didn't have any issues with the a/c or the TV (though others in my party did). We all noted that the water pressure and temp were a little less than ideal but that could be a locale thing, as I haven't stayed anywhere else in PR thus far.
