Summary: My first comments of the hotel were good seeing it was my very first day here and I hadn’t even slept here yet. The staff is very friendly and professional. One major issue was the smell in my room. There was obviously a leak from the air conditioner so there was a nasty smell in the carpet. When I would be out of my room for a couple of hours and come back, the smell was awful!!!! However I didn’t complain. I’m a very simple person and I do not like to complain. I didn’t like the fact that there isn’t a phone to call down to front desk. There are plenty of places for drinks, food, and also souvenir shops close by.

Summary: Plenty of shopping and food/bars well within walking distance. However, don't plan on taking leftovers back with you, as there is no mini fridge in the room. Overall, the room was clean. I didn't have any issues with the a/c or the TV (though others in my party did). We all noted that the water pressure and temp were a little less than ideal but that could be a locale thing, as I haven't stayed anywhere else in PR thus far.

Summary: A little disorganized with check in - they were not ready for our arrival. Room was very humid and the smell was not pleasant. No towels in room.

Summary: The room was clean. The air conditioner was good. I suggest to add a trash can in the room and also a mini fridge. But other than that, the hotel is in a great location. Check in and check out is easy and simple. There is no parking for the guests. The shared parking with another hotel is really small and it was full.
