Summary: The location and property are superb, but this unit had some downfalls. Communication was difficult with property owner, as requests for pillow cases were never fulfilled throughout the stay. There were not enough cases for the pillows that were provided for the sleeper sofa, nor in the bedroom closets. There was mold present on one bedroom AC vent, already addressed this with owner. Usual response time was delayed throughout booking process, making planning difficult.

Summary: Great 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom place right by the pool and so close to the beach. It was such a nice place to relax by the beach. Very clean & the kitchen was stocked with great pots and pans, mixing bowls and everything you’d need to cook and grill there! Super nice & would stay again!

Summary: Spent a beautiful week at Romar Place- unit 101. The ground floor convenience can’t be beat. We were steps from the pool and the beach. Great family area and convenient location to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. The beds were comfortable and loved having a bathroom for each room. Only very small complaint was that there was only one very small frying pan and no utensils for the outdoor grill.
