Summary: We loved our stay. The staff & view was amazing! What we didn't like was the lack of communication. We requested an airport pickup and had to take a taxi. The swimming pool had been under renovations for 3 weeks and we weren't informed of its unavailability. Otherwise, it was exactly what we needed.

Summary: It is advertised as a quiet place... that is true after 10 p.m., at other times can be quite noisy, but that depends on whether they have some activities. Their restaurant is okay, plus there are a couple of better options next door. The hot tub wasn't hot most of the time. Nice views of sunset - unbeatable.

Summary: Bed was comfortable and the suite was very roomy. The restaurant was not very welcoming and it seemed like it was a bother so I ate elsewhere except for my final evening. I witnessed the same happen to another couple. Definitely good potential but improvements need to be made.

Summary: The staff was amazing and so friendly. Even though there were issues going on while i was there, they made it so accommodating that it didnt even bother me. Will be back for sure. Especially to St. Croix. Had the time of my life and the locals are great! Some of the nicest people i ever met!

Summary: The overall property was nice since it was oceanfront but the pool was drained, the kitchen was under construction so it was a limited menu, and the key access was down so we had to have someone let us in our room for over half our stay. The best thing was the ocean and our bartenders Wendy, Heather and Chelsie.

Summary: Horrible experience at the Fred. Upon arrival, was not given the room booked for 8 moths wit sea view a dbalcony,no explanation. Also lear ned that pool and jacuzzi were not working. Terribly disappointing. Service at bar was terrible, on first day it took 1.5 hours to get to drink. Unsettling experience with safety issues and lack of response from staff and security. Unacceptable. Food was very limited and not at all what was described and shown on website. Very deceptive. Beach was small, full of trash and very rocky. Would never return.

Summary: Icebox smells of vomit. I asked if they can clean it. NO ONE showed up to check. Water was leaking inside. Pictures covered on the floor. Room really wasn’t prepared very well for guest. Air conditioning was poor. Finally fixed day before leaving. But the bar tenders and cleaning staff made the stay worthwhile. No so much for management.

Summary: We had heard mixed reviews of the Fred but we had an excellent experience there. The room was very nice - comfy bed, big shower, two balconies and amazing ocean views. The restaurant was good and the staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was great. Would definitely recommend to others.

Summary: Property is on the beach, beautiful courtyard environment, lively entertainment, bar service, a pool and a hottub in the courtyard, access to some water events. Grounds were well maintained. Rooms were clean and maintained daily. Front desk attendant, Delia, was very accommodating with requests. Dining is in the courtyard. Limited meal choices. Meals were a bit pricy.
