Positive: The location is excellent, especially if arriving by train - since it's at the (D) end of Platform 1. We'd had to book the hotel last minute, given our planned booking cancelled 24 hours before, so were happy to find a junior suite, so we had 'sort of' separate areas. The room was spotless.
Negative: The staff at Reception struck both of us as disinterested and unhelpful. Whilst we arrived early, we were happy to leave our luggage, but our Reception staff was fairly uncooperative. On our return, we were not even told where to find the elevators. The only Reception staff member who acknowledged our existence was the chap on the morning of our departure. For any hotel, this was disappointing; for a training hotel, this was inexplicable.
Summary: Excellent location if arriving by train. Good facilities. Poor staff service.

Positive: We arrived by train and the hotel was on the platform! Also, a very short walk to the water front and cafes, bars and restaurants. The hotel is modern and very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good.
Negative: I cannot think of anything!

Positive: Location is fantastic. We only booked the cheapest room available and it was very big and clean. So was the bathroom. The staff here were extremely friendly. They even gave us a loan of a power adapter. Highly recommend.
