Negative: The rear exit door to the yard wqs not lockable other than the chain. The hotel is being renovated while having guests. There is smell of wet paint even in the room.

Positive: There was a restaurant on site. It offered a good breakfast at a reasonable price and the staff at the restaurant were great.
Negative: It’s huge and getting to our room was a bit of a process. Hallways were u Der renovation so felt dirty.

Positive: Room was clean. Hotel was nice. It was a bit confusing on how to get to the hotel based on the directions we had through Google Maps, it was not clear at all! Not necessarily the hotel's fault, however I don't recall seeing any clear signage in the mall parking lot directing us to the correct way to enter, but it was late at night and there were many big trucks around in the parking lot. We were traveling with a pet and were allowed to bring him into the hotel as well with no issue, there was a small fee for that. Beds were comfortable. The pool was nice and there was a courtyard off the pool with a nice grassy area. There was lots of parking. There were also various entrances and you could park near one close to your room, this was great, just remember your key card for re-entry!
Negative: No continental breakfast, but there was a lovely restaurant on site where we could get breakfast. Accessing the property was a bit convoluted with having to go through various parking lots. Would recommend a good review of a map if its your first time going so you don't get turned around like we did.
Summary: Clean and comfortable Inn. Would definitely stay again and will recommend to others.

Positive: Nice rooms, bed was comfy. Restaurant had good food for the dinner service and the hotel provided an HDMI cable so we could connect our laptop to watch a movie in bed on the big TV.
Negative: Pool was freezing cold, hot tub nearly burned me it was so hot. Breakfast was not included in the reservation despite what booking.com said. Paid for breakfast and it was gross. Server told me that the sausages had no dairy products in them, but then they did in fact have dairy in them. Not a great practice for people with allergies.

Negative: Dead bolt on door to outside was inoperable so another system was in place. Wifi was very weak. Pillows lumpy.
