You are in walking distance to Finney Farm dairy where you can buy fresh milk, yogurt, and cheese. Gorgeous Maxwell Park is also nearby when you are ready for a playground, a ball field, a barbeque, or even a game of horseshoes.
Ten over-sized bedrooms host groups and families in comfort. With all new appliances, the full Kitchen seats 12 and accommodates any laundry needs. When you are not out enjoying nature, relax with a game of ping pong or a show on the 75" screen TV.

Summary: The house is amazing and perfect for a large family reunion. Everyone had space to enjoy and gather together. The area around the home is beautiful and quiet so we were easily able to relax. Definitely coming back!

Summary: We have done reunions for the last 35 years and this was probably one of the best properties we have been at. The scenery was beautiful, the house was spacious and clean, and everything we could possibly need was provided to make meals for 30 people. Leanne was a very gracious and accommodating host.

Summary: The main kitchen had even more than we expected, with two ranges and ovens, plenty of refrigerator/freezer space. Lots of working space. At least four washers with dryers. Plenty of dining space, including the back patio. Lots of space for our 40 people. The kids enjoyed the pool room, game room and table tennis. We felt we had plenty of space for all the family, and would recommend this place highly.

Summary: This house has everything you need for a large family/friends retreat. This house has a basement which has 4 bedrooms (3 bedrooms and a master bedroom), 3 bathrooms, kitchen with refrigerator, laundry room, living room with sofa & loveseat and tv, game room, ping pong table. The first floor has large kitchen with two refrigerators, large laundry room, family room with sectional sofas and large TV, a pool table room, a guest room, two bathrooms (1 full and 1 half bathroom),. Second floor has 6 bedrooms (2 master bedrooms and 4 bedrooms), 4 bathrooms (2 inside 2 master bedrooms and 2 outside), laundry room, library room, an employee room with folded sleeping pads. All bedrooms have 2 or 3 king/queen and bunkbeds. My family and friends loved this house and would highly recommended to everyone. We'll definitely come back here again. Note: this house is 1hr away from Zion National Park and about 2hrs away from Bryce Canyon.

Summary: We had a great time at this house. The property is huge with tons of room to spread out and enjoy. Kitchen was large and spacious for big groups. Plenty of parking and a nice quiet neighborhood.

Summary: Beautiful place. It was a delight to stay here. We stayed at lot different places but this one tops all of them. It was build not as a rental property but rather as a home. You get very homey feeling. Lots of different areas for different age groups to hangout. Over all five start location as well as five start service. Very accommodating owner as well as the property manager. Thanks guys for making our stay so memorable.
