Negative: very poor customer support. I called few times, I sent few massages to the host with urgent questions and I did not get any response. Only 24 hours later I got a message from a chat bot , who did not answer my question. The heating went off at 10pm and it was very cold at nights

Positive: Location, the property was impressive and friendly neighbors.

Negative: Recommend the owner ensures that some basics such as sugar, vinegar, cooling oil etc….. more than one dishwasher tablet, washing powder and one extra loo roll be included. Given how remote the house is I would strongly suggest a welcome package containing things like milk and bread be considered.

Positive: Very spacious and peaceful. Very clean. Very convenient for us visiting nearby family. Lovely garden for our dog and the family all enjoyed the real log fire. Loved the traditional feel of the house.

Negative: Personally I’d prefer a bedside cabinet with a lamp on both sides of the bed.
