Positive: The Garden House is modern, clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The patio area is perfect to relax outside with plenty of space for parking too. Location is ideal to explore Hook Head and the nearby beach. I would happily return for another stay. The scones left by the host were delicious!

Positive: Lovely apartment, spotless and super comfortable. The mattress was very comfortable. Hosts left great recommendations for the local area and provided scones and jam for a treat which was so appreciated. Board games were a nice addition too! The property is in close proximity to the owners home however we did not feel like this invaded our privacy in the slightest and the outdoor area is private/out of view. Short driving distance from some lovely beaches Big kudos for being dog friendly!
Negative: Bedroom was a little warm to sleep in the summer heat, a small fan would be a nice addition

Positive: Scones we're provided. However the site highlights that you are 100m from baginbun Lodge to walking, this is certainly not the case. And the map when booking showed it to be right in the centre of the village, again this is not the case at all. The property is located a 20 minute walk to the town. Through long dark country roads that would not be safe to walk at night as they are not lite up for walkers. The map when booking was very misleading, as we booked and paid for upfront based on the convenient location advertised. All other aspects of the property were of a high standard, and it was spotless. The property is very close to the owners own home and the bedroom window of the property we were staying in looks straight into the owners home. We just kept the blind closed at all times due to this.
