Positive: Quiet countryside location in very peaceful garden setting. Hosts very discrete. Nice welcome basket, bread, cheese, eggs on arrival.
Negative: Wifi kept dropping out. Mentioned to hosts, but probably a supply issue out of their control.

Positive: The welcome basket offered by the host is appreciated. We have also enjoyed the DVD films in the evenings.
Negative: It could have been better if there is a sign of Upton Cressert. It was almost impossible to locate the Garden Lodge without the help of a local villager who happened to know the hostess.

Positive: A Perfect Stay! Everything about this place was amazing and perfect! The welcome pack was such a nice surprise, and the views were absolutely stunning—so peaceful and beautiful. Liz and Andrew are the kindest and most lovely hosts. They live in a place that truly feels like paradise. The lodge was spotless—everything was super clean, and we had everything we could possibly need inside. Every little detail was thoughtfully arranged to make our stay comfortable and special. If you ever get the chance, you should definitely visit! It’s an experience you won’t forget. Highly recommended!

Positive: Very private location, nice and quiet, warm and well presented.
Negative: Didn’t feel comfortable leaving the property after dark, due to the road leading to the location, it was full of big pot holes which would have caused damage to low profile tyres.
Summary: Lovely accommodation, would have been beautiful in warmer weather, hosts very accommodating.

Positive: I was welcomed by bird song, a wonderful tailored Welcome Basket and the good wishes of hosts Liz and Andrew into this Garden Lodge and the magical gardens which surround it. You can’t go wrong here… set in the English countryside yet not far from the bustling market town of Bridgnorth, it is a place to relax in peace. Rain or shine, you will enjoy watching the many varieties of birds which feed just outside the door of the cutest cottage. Wander through the gardens, sit by the lily pond or in the forest area at the end of the garden where cows in neighbouring fields will be your companions. Watch the sweet honey bees from the new hive on the other side of the garden, do their work. Don't worry, they are only interested in collecting nectar and not in people! The garden is a haven for birds, bees and people alike. Nothing is too much trouble for the hosts here and the atmosphere is special. It is truly a unique experience. The cottage has all facilities and looks out over the glorious garden. The property is conveniently situated a few miles down a country lane from Bridgnorth. I didn’t want to leave. I guarantee you won’t either. I will return as soon as possible…

Positive: A lovely, very well-equipped and spotlessly clean lodge in a beautiful countryside location. The cottage was warm and cosy even in chilly spring weather. Our hosts were extremely helpful and provided a generous welcome pack and an unexpected cream tea as well!
Negative: We were not able to enjoy the garden because of the weather but there were lots of lovely sunny places to sit had the sun shone!
