Negative: The timed heating in our room did not work. We requested assistance and staff came to our room to fix the problem. However the heating turned off again during the night and our room was freezing.

Positive: Lovely place to stay when visiting Donegal - easy access, parking on site, great bedrooms and the breakfast in the restaurant was excellent. We received a warm welcome and excellent service from the staff at reception and the restaurant. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the centre of Donegal town. Would definitely stay there again!
