Summary: Over all was okay, could use some deep cleaning and repairs. Definitely a work in progress but could be something great! Very close to garden of the gods and other places.

Summary: Nice little place with all the amenities. You do need to be aware of the driveway. It’s a really steep gravel driveway by steep I mean we used four wheel drive until we figured out we could take a fast run at it and make it in. The television had news and movies. The internet worked. We would stay again. We didn’t have any complaints.
