Summary: The communication with Kevin was top tier, very spacious property for family events. No issues with neighbors or parking. I love the fact the property is in the cut towards the back. We had tons of fun and will be back soon. Thanks Kevin! P.s. it does cost to book the entire house!!!

Summary: More modern and very clean, than Luxurious. It was a good thing that it was just my husband and I traveling only. Unexpectedly, the rental was for renting "only" 1 bedroom in a 4 bedroom house and with the owner still in the house. We weren't sure if this was going to work out, because we are use to having the house rental to ourselves. But since we were planning to be out of the house majority of the day and just need a place to sleep, we would give it a try. However, this living situation seemed to work out for us. Nice, but very unusual to waking up to breakfast waiting for us and not have to either make it ourselves or plan to go out. Breakfast was very delicious and the owner joining us was very conversational. Be prepared to climb stairs! There are stairs at the front door entrance and a "three" story spiral stair case from the master bedroom to the basement. A lot of unexpected surprises but has very modern technology amenities, very clean and comfortable.
