The house had more then the amount of items need to enjoy out couple days. The LOCATION was spot on would do it again.

Summary: A few things to consider, broom/ dustpan a must when staying at the beach! We left the one we purchased for the next guest. Need new chairs for back upstairs balcony. Great location, layout.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was beautiful and clean! I felt like we were in a safe neighborhood especially with the kids. Especially loved how close to the beach we were. Only downside was how hot the downstairs master bedroom got. I suggest taking an extra fan for that bedroom. But over all Great visit!
